Lane Balance Continues to Expand |
|
February 16, 2009
Lane Balance Systems’ collaborative approach to business and dedication to excellence have earned the company a lucrative multi-year contract from EveryWarehouse to provide expanded truckload services for Qwest Communications.
Lane Balance Systems originally started providing service for Qwest back in 2004. Because of the company’s commitment to understanding their customer’s needs and providing Qwest with first-rate service, what started as coverage for three states nearly five years ago has now grown to a seven state area. This recent contract agreement is a testament to the extraordinary service that Lane Balance consistently provides its customers.
The new business addition includes dedicated route transportation, unload/unpack, and inventory management services throughout the Tucson, Phoenix, and Albuquerque areas, and virtually doubles the service that Lane Balance provides for Qwest.
“We are extremely pleased with the attention to detail and level of customer service provided by Lane Balance,” says Laura Nicholson, president of EveryWarehouse. “They understand the customer’s sense of urgency, which is critical in this business.”
“Lane Balance Systems has provided dedicated route services for us since 2004,” says Scott Fleener, VP of Transportation for Qwest Communications. “Our recent decision to award additional business to Lane Balance reflects our complete satisfaction with their commitment to meeting our expectations and those of our clients.”
